I didn’t see the arrangement since I couldn’t attend the funeral but the customer service was excellent. I entered the wrong address for delivery and they were quick to make the change and the delivery was on the way when I spoke to their office. It was so nice not to have to worry whether it would get there in time because they had me covered. Thank you!
